About

The Drug Development Information Management (DDIM) portal is part of European Regimen Accelerator for Tuberculosis (ERA4TB) project. DDIM portal integrates different specialized subsystems with the end of achieving the following aims:

1. Creation of a Drug Development Information Management (DDIM) system to collect, organize and disseminate curated, standardized preclinical and clinical data and support data collaboration within the Consortium, including amongst other TB projects within the AMR accelerator.

2. Standardized data collection and tabulation to ensure data consistency of prospective data and to allow aggregation and analysis of clinical and preclinical datasets in the repository.

3. Incorporation of historical preclinical and clinical datasets into the DDIM to help inform preclinical experiment design, model development and clinical trial design.

4. Development of analytic and machine learning tools to extract knowledge from the Data Sharing Platform (DSP).

5. Monitor pipeline progression with clearly established go/no-go criteria.

6. Preservation of clinical and preclinical data for long term archive, secondary research and regulatory purposes.
